Orders placed before 2:30 PM CST typically ship within 3 business days from our Dallas, Texas warehouse.
Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over $300.
During peak periods including sales, holiday seasons, and promotional events please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship.
Delivery Information
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Some U.S. locations may experience delays due to limited carrier services or weather conditions.
We’ll always work to ship your order as quickly as possible, but during busy seasons there may be slight processing delays.
Please note: your order may arrive in Show Tote–branded packaging. Items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a kraft box. At this time, we do not offer custom gift packaging.

At Show Tote, every bag is designed to comply with the size regulations required at most concert venues, stadiums, and arenas. While we take every step to ensure accuracy, minor manufacturing variances can occasionally occur.

Venue Security Disclaimer
We do our best to design Show Tote bags that meet the most common venue size requirements across arenas, stadiums, and event spaces. That said, each venue sets its own restrictions. If you ever encounter an issue, reach out – we’ll work with you to make it right.
We also strive to keep our venue information current and cover as many U.S. venues as possible, but we may occasionally miss one. If you notice a venue that isn’t listed, please let us know – we’ll research it and update the site.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted on items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
All original packaging and tags must be intact.
Items discounted 50% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Request a Return
Email hello@showtote.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
Indicate whether you’d like a refund or exchange.
Once approved, follow the return instructions provided in your email.
Return Shipping
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, Show Tote covers return shipping costs.
In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Merchandise returned without its original packaging or in a damaged/altered condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
